About Me
PharmAZy Services, LLC is the single-member limited liability company of Arizona pharmacist, Michael Guzzo, PharmD, RPh. I’ve been contracting relief pharmacist services, pharmaceutical care and consulting, and other healthcare services on a per diem basis since June 2007, and I’m available for hire as my schedule permits.
My career path has taken me many places. I’m currently an full time unemployed inpatient hospital staff pharmacist, but I’m also experienced and competent in many aspects of the profession including community, long-term care, mail order, and behavioral health care.
I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy in 1996 and am licensed in the States of Arizona, Virginia, and North Carolina, all in good standing.
I’m also professionally insured, BLS-CPR certified, semi-annually PPD skin-tested (negative results), with all the appropriate up-to-date vaccinations (DTaP, MMR, HAV, HBV, VZV) or (+ titers) and boosters.
You’ll find that I provide exactly what is needed in fulfilling your temporary staffing shortages: someone who is dependable, responsible, efficient, and conscientious. I catch on quickly and work well with others, but can function autonomously when applicable.
