PharmAZy Services, LLC is the single-member limited liability company of Michael Guzzo, PharmD, RPh. I’ve been performing contract pharmacist relief services, pharmacist locum tenens and pharmacist consultant  services since June 2007 and I’m available for hire as my schedule permits.

My career has taken me many places. I’m experienced and competent in many aspects of the profession including hospital, community, home infusion, long-term care, mail-order and behavioral health care.

I provide exactly what is needed in fulfilling your staffing shortages: someone who is dependable, responsible, knowledgeable and conscientious (and a few other adjectives ). I catch on quickly and work well with others, but can function autonomously when applicable.

I’ve been a licensed pharmacist in the State of Arizona since 1996, after being graduated with a PharmD degree from the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy. I’m also licensed in the States of North Carolina and Virginia, all in good standing.

I’m professionally insured, BLS-CPR certified, semi-annually PPD skin-tested (negative results), with all the appropriate up-to-date vaccinations (DTaP, MMR, HBV, VZV) or (+ titers) and boosters.
