About Me
PharmAZy Services, LLC is the single-member limited liability company of Arizona pharmacist, Michael Guzzo, PharmD, RPh. I personally provide contract pharmacist relief services, pharmaceutical care services, pharmaceutical consulting, and other healthcare services on a per diem basis.
My career path has taken me many places. I’m experienced and competent in many aspects of the profession including hospital, community, long-term care, mail order, and behavioral health care.
I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy in 1996 and am licensed in the States of Arizona, Virginia, and North Carolina – all in good standing.
I’m also professionally insured, BLS-CPR certified, semi-annually PPD skin-tested (negative results), with all the appropriate up-to-date vaccinations (DTaP, MMR, HAV, HBV, VZV) or (+ titers) and boosters.
You’ll find that I provide exactly what is needed in fulfilling your temporary staffing shortages: someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and conscientious. I catch on quickly and work well with others, but can function autonomously when applicable.
